How far in advance do I need to book?
We're built different. If you have an event tonight, we're going to pull it off the "impossible" for you. And although Nightowl often makes last minute dreams come true, we recommend booking at least at least 2-3 weeks out to allow time for all branding options to be available.
Can you work with our venue's kitchen or catering team?
Yes—and we LOVE working alongside other event professionals. We coordinate directly with venue staff and caterers to ensure setup, power, and service timing all align with your wedding day schedule.
Do you offer signature drinks?
Absolutely. We can create a custom signature espresso drink named after you as a couple — a fun, personal touch your guests will love.
What's included in a wedding package?
Equipment, all supplies, a trained barista team, and setup/breakdown. Package options vary by guest count and service duration — we'll build you a custom quote.
Can the setup match our wedding colors and aesthetic?
Yes. Cup design, equipment styling, and signage can all be customized to match your wedding palette and decor. We'll work with your planner or coordinator on the details.
