When powerhouse women plan an event, the Nightowl Coffee team gets a little extra excited. Why? Because we get to take one more thing off the plate of founders who double as super-moms, super-wives, super-CEOs, and super-everything-else. For the fourth year in a row, Nightowl Coffee returned to BossCon with caffeine magic, fueling hundreds of amazing women with iced lattes and silky cappuccinos.
Boss Con—hosted by the Dallas Girl Gang founder Amanda Smith and sponsored by Dubsado—wasn’t a “sip and socialize” event. This was a one-day experience packed with powerful keynote speakers, inspirational panel conversations, and real-world breakout sessions to empower a generation of world-changers.
And right in the middle of it all? Our DFW coffee catering team…with the cutest little coffee cart you’ve ever seen.
The Unofficial Welcome Desk of BossCon
Before sessions kicked off, attendees gathered around the coffee cart like it was the unofficial welcome desk. One attendee laughed while waiting for her drink: “Why does everything feel more doable with a latte?” Exactly, girl.
Because coffee carts aren’t just about coffee. They create connection. Coffee carts create a intentional gathering between people unlike a stuffy, formalized meet-and-greet. Natural introductions happen in line while the anticipation for an iced latte builds. Business ideas fly around. Guards are let down. The coffee cart gives people a place to land between sessions. A place to meet someone new. A place to say, “Wait… what do you do?”
