This Fourth of July, a small group of our Dallas coffee catering baristas paused to celebrate the blessings that make America special: faith, freedom, opportunity, family and community.

As a team, we are incredibly grateful to live in a country where we can boldly pursue our God-given purpose, build a business and serve others with joy. But here's what we don't want to understate: At the core of Nightowl Coffee’s DNA is an unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and a deep trust that America—and the freedom we experience here—are blessings from God. So it's with honor and gratitude that we have the privilege to serve you every single day and call coffee catering work. 🇺🇸

Proudly American: Reflections From Our Baristas ❤️🤍💙

For thirty minutes, our baristas (and myself) stood in front of our America-themed coffee cart as they shares why they are proud to be Americans. Here's what said:

Skylar shared how much she loves seeing so many different cultures live, work and thrive together. Solomon reflected on the sacrifices of those who came before us—sacrifices that allow him to enjoy simple freedoms like attending a baseball game or sharing a cup of coffee. Pablo celebrated America as a true melting pot, where people, ideas, imports and exports come together to make the country beautiful. And lastly, as the founder and CEO of Nightowl Coffee, I shared my gratitude for the freedom to sit down over a beer, coffee or meal and openly talk about business, faith, coffee catering, politics, sports and life.
