42 Offices. One Very Big Coffee Order.

There’s a big difference between saying you can do coffee catering nationwide and actually pulling it off. At Nightowl, we’ve spent years building relationships with great coffee cart operators across the country so we can bring the same level of hospitality, presentation, and guest experience to clients with events in multiple markets. Taking on 42 locations means there’s no room for “we’ll figure it out” along the way. You need people you trust, and Cohesity gave us exactly that opportunity.

Grounds for Partnership

Cohesity was looking for something bigger than a coffee drop-off. They needed a branded coffee experience that could show up across their offices while still feeling intentional, polished, and unmistakably Cohesity…that meant the details mattered. From the cart wraps and branded cups to the overall presentation and barista experience, every location needed to feel like part of the same campaign not 42 completely different coffee events.

Instead of flying a Nightowl team from Dallas into every market, we worked with trusted local operators who already know their cities, teams, and event environments. They handled the local execution while we made sure the experience stayed true to the Nightowl standard. Honestly, that kind of teamwork is exactly why we love what we do!

The Travel Math

We’ve driven more than 3,000 miles for a single event, and honestly, we’d probably do it again tomorrow. But 42 offices is a different animal. Freight, airfare, lodging, rental trucks, equipment getting bumped around in transit, and baristas running on four hours of sleep all add up quickly. None of those logistical headaches show up in the final guest experience, though. Guests don’t taste your travel schedule; they remember the latte in their hand, the barista who made them laugh, the branded cart they stopped to photograph, and how easy the whole experience felt...That’s why we’ve spent years building relationships with exceptional coffee cart operators across the country. The goal isn’t simply to have someone serving espresso in another city. It’s having someone who understands what the Nightowl experience is supposed to feel like and can deliver it without making the client worry about what’s happening behind the scenes.

Great Operators, Ready to Caffeinate

We’ve been building this model for a while. Madewell once needed 20 coffee carts in 20 cities with just five days’ notice, and by midday Tuesday, we had a full roster of trusted coffee cart operators locked in across the country. At Finchella 2025 in Washington, D.C., Atelier Coffee brought their crew for Gibson Dunn at Amazon’s Virginia headquarters. Different clients, different cities, and different events, but the same idea: great local operators working from one shared standard. Cohesity followed that same playbook at a much larger footprint. Trusted operators worked in their home markets, were briefed on the experience, and executed one cohesive branded coffee catering activation across 42 locations. For example, in Boca Raton, our South Florida coffee cart partner, Cafering, helped bring the Cohesity experience to life locally while meeting the same expectations we set for every Nightowl partner.

Why Trust Is the Only Real Currency Here

Let me be blunt about what’s actually on the line. Those 42 offices belong to people Cohesity works with every day, so if a cart shows up late, the branding is wrong, or the barista isn’t engaged, it isn’t just a bad coffee experience. It reflects on the brand that hired us.

Nobody on a national marketing team should have to babysit a vendor they’ve never met in a city they’ve never visited. They should be able to trust that the coffee cart will arrive when it’s supposed to, look the way it’s supposed to, serve great drinks, and create the guest experience their brand promised. That confidence is what we’re really selling. The coffee is how we deliver it.

Nationwide Coverage. Local Execution.

With 42 partner locations and one Nightowl standard, there are countless moving pieces happening behind the scenes so the guest experience feels completely effortless. That’s the beauty of having a strong national coffee catering network behind you: your team doesn’t have to manage a different vendor in every city or wonder if the experience will translate from one market to the next. Instead, you have one partner and one point of contact coordinating a trusted network of local operators who know how to deliver the same elevated coffee experience wherever your event takes you.

Whether it’s a Dallas office, a South Florida activation, or a corporate event spread across 42 locations, great coffee should feel easy. When you’re ready to make coffee part of the experience—not just another vendor on the spreadsheet—let’s talk. ☕️
