One of my favorite leadership tasks is helping shine a light on the incredible people who make Nightowl what it is. Ellis is one of those key people.
So today, we're featuring the motor of Nightowl Coffee—Ellis Jeansonne. Ellis joined Nightowl Coffee in 2024 and immediately became one of the hardest-working people on our team; and one of the hardest working people I've ever met. While his latte art has hardly improved and he still doesn't own a pair of tailored pants, Ellis has grown into one of our top Senior Event Leads, who deservingly so, earned Nightowl's 2025 Co-Offensive Player of the Year award at our End of the Year Company Party. This award is given to the teammember who relentlessly hustles, pushes the limit of what's possible in events, and makes everyone around them better.
