Do you serve decaf or alternative milks?

We include oat milk, almond milk, and whole milk for all events. Decaf coffee is an upgraded option that must be paid for before the event.

How far do you travel?

What’s included on your menu?

All espresso bar menus include espresso, cappuccino, 3 house-made syrups, and chai. All drinks come hot or iced with the choice between whole, oat, and almond milk

Who will be our barista?

All events are staffed with Nightowl’s all-star cast of event baristas. We do NOT sub-contract. Our team consists of both full-time employees, part-time employees, and dedicated contractors who share our incredible passion for coffee, people and parties. On behalf of our entire team of latte-lovin’ rockstars, we can’t wait to caffeinate your next event!

Do you have power requirements?

Yes! All power requirements will be outlined in your booking invoice. However, each espresso machine/bar requires one (1) dedicated 15-amp circuit.

Can we select our own drinks?

Of course! All standard services come with 2 seasonal house-made syrups for lattes, which can be selected upon booking. Additional beverages such as cold brew, drip coffee, bottled/canned lattes, or hot chocolate can also be added as additional upgrades.

Can Nightowl setup for 1-2 hours at our wedding?

Absolutely! While we recommend full-service from reception to send-off for the best value, we can serve in any window of time to caffeinate your big day in the perfect way!
